Meritorious Lawyer of Mongolia, "Honorary Professor" of the University of Internal Affairs, Dr., Professor D. Zumberellkham successfully defended his Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) degree in Juridical Sciences on the topic "The Interrelationship between the Legal System of Mongolia and Criminal Procedure." The ceremony to present the Sc.D. diploma, awarded by the order of the President of the Academy of Sciences, took place yesterday, June 10, 2026.

Police Colonel D. Zumberellkham, a member of the Doctoral Defense Council for Law Enforcement and Internal Affairs at the University of Internal Affairs, is a leading scholar in the fields of Mongolian criminal procedure and criminology. He has contributed more than 30 years of valuable service to the development of training and academic research at the Police Academy and the University of Internal Affairs.
