The meeting of the Sub-Council for Doctoral Degrees in Law at Shikhikhutug University was held today, June 15, 2026. During the session, Police Major B. Munkhzul, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the School of Police at the University of Internal Affairs, successfully defended her doctoral dissertation titled "Fundamental Issues of Utilizing Certain Classical Criminological Theories to Improve the Effectiveness of Imprisonment." She was officially awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws (LL.D.).
