Five officials from the University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia and three officials from the Narcotics Control Department of the National Police Agency successfully participated in the “Basic Training on the Use of Rapid Drug Testing Devices”, held in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand, on August 18–19, 2026, with funding support from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
The two-day training was conducted at the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) of Thailand and focused on providing participants with basic knowledge and practical skills in the use of rapid drug detection testing devices and equipment.
The training is of significant importance in strengthening the capacity of specialized human resources in the field of drug control and introducing modern equipment and technologies into training and educational activities.
The University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia continues to expand its cooperation with relevant international professional institutions in the field of introducing and utilizing rapid drug testing devices and equipment in its educational and training activities.
