✅ Today (August 4, 2026), Police Colonel Ts. Azbayar, Ph.D., Vice President for Research and Innovation at the University of Internal Affairs, received representatives from the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Ground Force Border and Coastal Defense University of the People's Republic of China to exchange views on cooperation.
✅ The meeting was attended by a delegation led by Senior Colonel Luo Xianghong, Member of the Political Committee of the Kunming branch of the PLA Ground Force Border and Coastal Defense University, along with representatives from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Mongolia and the General Authority for Border Protection.
✅ During the meeting, the sides discussed expanding cooperation between the two universities, implementing student exchange programs, involving teachers and officers in short-term professional development training, and the possibility of employing a Chinese language teacher at the University of Internal Affairs.
