✅ Before the start of the "Radiant Evening Roll Call," a celebratory performance was held for the graduates and guests. Following the artistic performance, the graduates lined up in formation for their final evening roll call under the glory of the scarlet red banner.

✅ The ceremony officially commenced with the placement of the University of Internal Affairs’ banners, decorated with the Order of Sukhbaatar, the Order of Military Merit, and the Order of Combat Merit.

✅ The ceremony was attended by S. Amarsaikhan, Member of the Parliament and Government of Mongolia and Minister of Justice and Home Affairs; Brigadier General T. Sukhbold, President of the University of Internal Affairs, Doctor (Ph.D.), and Professor; D. Gantuya, Director of the Finance and Investment Department of the Cabinet Secretariat; B. Our ranks must consist of officers who interact with citizens without discrimination, are free from corruption and conflicts of interest, are aware of their responsibilities, and maintain cultured and humane relations. I am confident that you, dear graduates, will remain faithful to your oath to serve the peaceful life of your people, lead with your knowledge, set an example with your ethics, and become skilled civil servants who make valuable contributions to the development of our country.”

✅ The component schools conducted their individual "Evening Roll Calls," and Lieutenant Colonel L. Zesshagai, Head of the Military Organization and Readiness Department, reported the consolidated results to the President of the University.

✅ As the graduates shouted the “Uukhai” cheer three times, the National Anthem of Mongolia played, and a ceremonial fireworks display lit up the darkness.
