The "Soyombo" Professional Training Center operates its academic activities under the 2026 order "On Re-approving the Structure and Staffing of the University of Internal Affairs." The center’s faculty includes 4 International Masters of Sports and 11 Masters of Sports of Mongolia.

The center provides instruction in Military Physical Education, Physical Education, Hygiene, Hand-to-Hand Combat, Swimming Methodology, and the Use of Special Service Equipment to cadets and students of the Police School, School of Border Service, School of Court Decision Enforcement, School of Emergency Management, School of Law and Social Sciences, School of Forensics, and the "Sergeant" Vocational Education School.

Regularly organizing physical fitness and level-setting examinations for faculty, staff, cadets, and students;
Operating after-school sports sections and clubs;
Preparing and leading faculty, staff, and students to successful participation in continental and world championships, the International University Games, and Mongolian National Championships.
