The E-Learning Institute, under the Academic Affairs Department, was established by Order No. B/133 of the University of Internal Affairs in 2026. The institute's personnel includes a Director, a System Analyst, a Senior Specialist for E-Learning and Distance Education, a Specialist for E-Learning and Distance Education, and teaching faculty. The institute is responsible for organizing professional training, producing e-learning content, and managing the development of the Learning Management Information System (LMIS).

Continuously organizing various e-learning and distance education programs in collaboration with constituent schools and departments, utilizing a unified Learning Management Information System and modern distance learning technologies;
Organizing the preparation of digital learning tools and supporting the expansion of e-learning and distance education resources;
Establishing and improving e-learning software and environments that meet standard requirements through a phased approach based on research and analysis;
Developing and implementing the University's unified Learning Management Information System into academic operations in stages.
