Brief Introduction

The school was initially established between 1986 and 1996 as the "Department of Correctional Labor Law and Branch Law." Over the years, it evolved through several structural changes: the "Department of Criminal Sentencing Law" (1996–2000), the "Faculty for Preparing Court Decision Enforcement Personnel" (2000–2007), and the "Department of Court Decision Enforcement Law" (2007–2011). Following Government Resolution No. 229 and Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs Order No. 140 in 2011, it was integrated into the University of Internal Affairs as the "School of Court Decision Execution." Under Minister Order No. A/133 in 2020, it was renamed the "School of Court Decision Enforcement Service." Most recently, by Government Resolution No. 57 of 2023, it was reorganized as the "Training and Research Unit 403 – School of Court Decision Enforcement Service."

Personnel Information The school conducts academic and research activities in a learning environment that meets international standards, supported by four professional departments and a professor’s research team comprised of sectoral scholars. The school offers Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral programs. Regarding faculty qualifications, over 30% hold Doctoral degrees, more than 40% are Doctoral candidates, and over 20% hold Master’s degrees.
