The department is responsible for organizing training and conducting scientific research aimed at preparing specialized officers for the Court Decision Enforcement Agency. Our mission is to equip graduates with the comprehensive competencies required to independently or collaboratively implement civil, administrative, and infringement decisions, as well as manage prison and non-custodial sentences. We focus on developing professionals who uphold human rights and dignity, value justice, possess patriotic values and communication skills, and are fully mature in terms of service ethics, physical fitness, and psychological readiness, with a continuous commitment to lifelong learning.
