Brief Introduction

The Management Academy is dedicated to the progressive training, retraining, and specialized development of senior officials from police, border protection, court decision enforcement, and emergency management organizations. We offer full-time and seasonal Master’s and Doctoral programs in "Law Enforcement Management," as well as specialized Master’s degrees in "Police Strategy," "Border Strategy," "Emergency Strategy," and "Court Decision Enforcement Strategy." Additionally, the Academy organizes short-term training programs tailored for senior executives of special state service organizations according to specifically approved guidelines and curricula. Currently, 83% of these leadership training programs are accredited.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Providing progressive training, retraining, and specialized development for senior officials in police, border protection, court decision enforcement, and emergency management sectors;

• Discussing the research progress of Master’s and Doctoral candidates, providing advisory support, and offering constructive feedback and critiques;

• Organizing Master’s and Doctoral programs in "Law Enforcement Management" and strategic fields, alongside specialized short-term courses for senior management personnel.

Personnel Information

The Academy of Management consists of 18 staff members, 50% of whom (9 members) hold academic degrees and titles. The faculty includes 4 Professors, 6 Associate Professors, and 4 Senior Lecturers, supported by 4 Administrative staff members, all of whom are actively engaged in academic and research activities.
