The Research and Innovation Division comprises the Research Institute, the Faculty and Student Development Center, the Information Technology Center, the Central Library, and the Publishing and Editorial Center.

Conduct research and development (R&D), organize technology transfer and localization, and implement research results into industrial production in accordance with national and international science and technology trends and government policies;
Provide professional management and oversee the daily operations of the Research Institute;
Organize the implementation of advanced scientific and technological tools and methods into operations;
Enhance the quality of research work and provide expert evaluations and conclusions;
Integrate the latest professional achievements and innovative methods into research and development activities;
Establish specialized research teams to perform commissioned research, implement projects, and ensure the integration of training and research;
Implement projects and programs funded by the Science and Technology Fund, foreign countries, and international organizations;
Organize academic conferences and discussions, and facilitate the creation and evaluation of professional books and publications;
Write research articles and publish them in domestic and international peer-reviewed journals;
Participate in working groups for drafting legislation and policy documents and provide expert feedback;
Ensure the implementation of the University's science and technology activity programs and evaluate their outcomes;
Manage the university museum by enriching its collection with historical events, ensuring preservation and protection, and promoting public access.
